The CMS2016 workshop is organized in sessions for oral communications (depending on the number of the participants, one or more parallel sessions can be organized) and four plenary sessions (see here more information about the invited speakers).
To submit an abstract, you have to be pre-registered in the CMS2016 website.
- If you are not yet pre-registered, please go to Pre-registration section on the website menu.
- If you are already pre-registered, login here and go back to Abstract submission in the Attendance section on the website menu, where the access to the submission tool will be available.
The submission process is carried out through the web; along the process you must provide the following information: Name, last name, institution and email of the authors, title, abstract (maximum 1,000 characters), keywords. In addition, it is necessary to classify the work in one of the categories provided.
Additionally, you can provide a url link to a website with complementary information (that will be accessible from conference program available on the web).
Importantes dates
15th March 2016: Abstract submission deadline (the organization cannot guarantee the inclusion in the program of abstracts received after later. If you are planning to submit an abstract, please, contact the organization via e-mail info [at] cms2016.com).
18th March 2016: Notification of Acceptance.
31st March 2016: Early registration deadline.
1st May 2016: Registration deadline for accepted communication (the organization cannot guarantee the inclusion in the program of abstracts whose authors are not registered at this date).
