- The Academic fee includes coffee breaks, welcome reception (on Tuesday, May 31st), and city tour and conference dinner (on Wednesday, June 1st).
- The PhD Student fee includes coffee breaks, welcome reception (on Tuesday, May 31st), and city tour (on Wednesday, June 1st).
- The PhD Student fee does not include Conference dinner (on Wednesday, June 1st).
- The accompanying person's fee includes welcome reception (on Tuesday, May 31st), and city tour (on Wednesday) and the conference dinner (on Wednesday, June 1st).

MasterCongresos (The Technical Secretariat) is the company in charge of the payments management
Cancelation policy
In the event of attendance cancelation, a refund of the registration fee will be done, except the following service fee:
- Until 31st March 2015: 20% of the registration fee.
- From the 1st April 2015 until 30th April 2015: 50% of the registration fee.
- From the 1st May 2015: 100% of the registration fee.
